She pours down three packets of Pop Rocks and a pineapple juice chaser for breakfast.

 

She's got three friends - and that includes her parakeet and the cable guy.

She doesn't always look this sour, most days she's just intent on making sure all the families she serves are happy, even so she knows they fill their days with seedy speculation regarding hers.

 

She wonders why this damn fish was left in her mailbox.  Especially this night.  This night as she primes herself to accept her award.
